DOJO Nanyang Kopi House (南洋咖啡馆) is a Malaysian kopitiam serving hand-pulled Nanyang kopi, kaya butter toast and Borneo favourites. It started as one kopi house in Tawau, Sabah in 2018 and now has 24 outlets across Sabah, Sarawak and North Kalimantan. Read our story.

What is DOJO famous for?
The Nanyang Kopi Susu Kahwin. DOJO holds a Malaysia Book of Records title for the most Nanyang Kopi Susu Kahwin sold in a year: 1,128,000 cups in 2024.
How do I order kopi the Malaysian way?
Say the drink, the milk, iced or not, then the sweetness. Kopi is coffee and Teh is tea; Cham mixes both. Nai means condensed milk, C means evaporated milk and O means no milk. Peng means iced. Kurang Manis is less sweet and Kosong is no sugar. Kaw is strong, Po is light, Tarik is pulled until frothy and Tapau is takeaway. The menu has six groups: Kopi & Teh (23 items), Fruit Tea & Blended (11 items), Toast & Bakes (15 items), Rice (13 items), Noodles & Soups (22 items), Bites (6 items). What are the opening hours?
Opening hours vary by outlet. Each outlet's page links to its Google Maps listing, which shows the hours for that day. Choose an outlet.
How do I join DOJO Membership?
Join free at the counter at any DOJO, or scan the membership QR code. New members get one free Welcome Signature Kopi, valid for 30 days from sign-up. There are three tiers: Rakan when you join, Kaki at RM600 spent in a year and Gang at RM3,500 spent in a year, each earning points faster than the last. See member rewards.
Can I open a DOJO outlet?
Yes. Send a licensing enquiry with your details, the area you have in mind and the budget you have ready, and the DOJO team will contact you.
How do I give feedback or leave a review?
Choose the outlet you visited on the Feedback page. You can leave a Google review on that outlet's listing, send a private note to the DOJO team, or both.
Does DOJO do takeaway?
Yes. DOJO serves dine-in and takeaway. In the kopitiam, takeaway is tapau.
